«Elogi de l'amistat» is an essay by Tahar Ben Jelloun, published by Editorial Empúries in paperback (96 pages, in Catalan).
Tahar Ben Jelloun reflects on friendship through the bonds that have marked his career: intermittent friends, passing ones, those who disappeared and those found again. The essay turns this personal experience into a reflection on an essential human tie, with its absences, loyalties and reunions.
