«Ellen von Unwerth. Fräulein. 40th Ed.» is the photography book by Ellen von Unwerth, with texts by Ingrid Sischy, published by TASCHEN (504 pages).
A collection of fashion portraits celebrating femininity and sexuality through models and celebrities such as Claudia Schiffer, Kate Moss and Dita von Teese. The images, in colour and black and white, combine playfulness, fetishism, romanticism and kitsch humour: the protagonists show or keep their fantasies, always in control of them.
Volume in TASCHEN's 40th Anniversary Edition series, published in 2021 in a multilingual edition (English, German and French).
Recommended for fans of fashion photography and portraiture with a playful and provocative eye.
