«El Trompetista i la Lluna» is a children's story by Xelís de Toro, published by RBA (58 pages).
The story focuses on a trumpeter who ascends toward the Moon while playing his instrument, accompanied by white birds. The cover, with a stylized illustration on a blue background, captures that central moment of the tale: music as the driving force of the character's journey.
Given its short length and its children's and young adult orientation, it is suitable for early readers.
Spanish writer and editor in Galician (alias Roque Morteiro, or Xosé Luís de Toro Santos)
