«El paraigua de la Tina» is a children's story by Pia Vilarrubias, published by Barcanova in paperback (36 pages, in Catalan).
The wind snatches Tina's umbrella and lifts it into the sky; it rises so high that it takes the sun with it and everything goes dark. The story, with a simple premise, invites readers to imagine how far an object carried by the air can go.
It is volume 12 of the Els Tinatons collection, published in 2002.
Aimed at children aged four to five who are beginning to read in Catalan.
