«El meu primer llibre de nombres» is Ivonne Bonsfills' children's numbers book, published by Pirueta in paperback (42 pages, in Catalan and English).
With simple, colorful illustrations, the book introduces young children to the world of numbers and mathematics. It presents figures and words in Catalan and English (for example, «1 balena / whale», «3 avions / planes») and visual addition of objects like butterflies to make learning playful.
The work comes from the original title My First Numbers Book; the first edition dates from May 2009 and the illustrations are by Lucie Crovatto.
For preschool children who are beginning to familiarize themselves with numbers and basic vocabulary in Catalan and English.
