In 'The Hostile Hospital', the Baudelaire orphans, Violet, Klaus, and Sunny, continue their unfortunate journey. Escaping the evil Count Olaf, who seeks to steal their inheritance, the siblings take refuge in a hospital that they soon discover is more hostile than a place of healing. Violet is captured, and Olaf plans to perform a craniotomy on her. Klaus and Sunny must rescue their sister and escape once again from their uncle's clutches.
