«¡El director está cada vez peor!» is the children's humour novel by Dan Gutman, published by Editorial Bruño in paperback (96 pages, in Spanish).
The narrator, A.J., describes how the principal of his school becomes increasingly unpredictable: he climbs the flagpole, kisses a pig, paints his bald head bright orange and announces he will jump off the roof dressed as Santa Claus. A.J. and his friends try to curb so many antics in a humorous school story.
It is the second title in the A.J. and his strange school series and features illustrations by Jim Paillot.
It is suitable reading for early readers and children aged 6 to 10 who enjoy wacky school humour.
Dan Gutman is an American writer, primarily of children's fiction.
