«El club de la lucha feminista: Manual de supervivencia en el trabajo para mujeres» is the essay by Jessica Bennett, published by Conecta in paperback.
Part essay, part manual, it grew out of meetings of a group of women in New York who shared their workplace grievances. Bennett describes everyday sexism in the office, names behaviours such as interrupting female colleagues or taking credit for their ideas, and proposes practical tactics with humour, examples and exercises.
Translation by Mariola Cortés-Cros and illustrations by Saskia Wariner and Hilary Fitzgerald Campbell. Originally published in English as Feminist Fight Club (2016).
Aimed at women facing workplace inequalities and also at men who want to help fight sexism at work.
