The evil Professor Poopypants has returned, now calling himself Tippy Tinkletrousers. Using the Time-Traveler he installed in his giant robotic pants, he travels back in time to the moment when George and Harold first became friends and faced the bully Kipper Krupp. This time travel causes several side effects, including the potential end of the world. This ninth installment of Dav Pilkey's Captain Underpants series is a humorous, action-packed graphic novel perfect for young readers.
