«Der vorgeburtliche Entschluss» is a spiritual narrative by Josef F. Justen published by Books On Demand in paperback (58 pages, in German).
The story starts from seemingly casual encounters, such as meeting who will later become one's partner or best friend. The work holds that chance does not exist: everything has hidden causes, often in previous lives or in the existence between incarnations, and thus two souls meet again in earthly life.
