«De jaarclub» is the literary thriller by Linda Van Rijn, published in 2015 by Uitgeverij Marmer in paperback (226 pages, in Dutch).
On a winter reunion weekend in the Austrian capital, a group of female friends and their partners reminisce about their university days. The conversation brings to light the death of a fellow student years earlier, and a remark about that case shatters the harmony: someone seems determined to hide the truth.
The action takes place in Vienna, with settings such as the Café Central and the Prater; the edition was published on 19 November 2015.
For fans of intrigue who enjoy suspense plots set among circles of friends and in a wintry European setting.
