«Dark Vador et fils» is Jeffrey Brown's humour comic about Star Wars, published by Huginn & Muninn in hardback (48 pages, in French).
Humorous premise: Darth Vader, the great villain of Star Wars, is a single father to four-year-old Luke. The panels combine domestic routines, games and lessons on the Force with the character's dry tone and unexpected tenderness. It is an official parody that reinterprets the relationship between Darth Vader and his son.
First volume of the series Star Wars: Darth Vader and Son; in France, the series was published as Star Wars: Famille Vador.
For Star Wars fans, parents and those seeking a humour comic; the tender tone and illustrated style make it accessible to young readers.
Jeffrey Brown is an American cartoonist born in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
