«Crónicas del gran tiempo» is a collection of science fiction stories by Fritz Leiber, published by Orbis in paperback (155 pages, in Spanish).
The Spiders and the Snakes wage a secret war to control time, and human beings are recruited after death into that Change War. History is endlessly rewritten: the Nazis win World War II, the American Civil War never happens, Rome falls before its glory. Each story shows a different front of the conflict.
This volume belongs to the «Change War» series and is number 19 in Orbis's «Biblioteca de Ciencia Ficción» collection; translated by Domingo Santos.
For readers of classic science fiction who enjoy time travel, alternate histories, and standalone stories.
Fritz Reuter Leiber Jr. was an American writer of fantasy, horror, and science fiction.
