«Code de procédure pénale» is the French code of criminal procedure annotated by Jean-François Renucci and Carole Gayet (Dalloz, 2010, in French).

It compiles French legislation on criminal procedure and its judicial process, updated with the main reforms of 2009 and 2010. It includes case-law annotations and bibliography, with texts on prison law, the priority question of constitutionality and criminal liability for mental disorder.
