«Chicas, no nos hagamos ilusiones» is the young adult book by Kathryn Lamb, published by Montena in paperback (176 pages, in Spanish).
The book plays with the idea that boys come from another planet and, from a female perspective and with humour, reviews how girls live with them without getting their hopes up. Through recognisable situations and ironic observations, it offers a light-hearted look at misunderstandings, quirks and teenage behaviours.
The cover indicates it is the 4th edition; the book is part of the Chicas de Montena collection.
Aimed at young readers aged 9 to 12, with a humorous tone and recognisable situations.
Kathryn Jane Lamb is a British cartoonist, illustrator and writer.
