«Cartes d'uns coneguts a una desconeguda» is the epistolary novel by Xavier Bru de Sala, published by RBA La Magrana in hardback (288 pages, in Catalan).
The work is presented as a collage of scattered materials, some sought by the author and others contributed by chance, which the recipient of the letters must order in her imagination to make sense of them. Among the fragments are pieces that aspire to signify on their own and others that seem pure nonsense, all structured by a narrative progression that invites active reading.
It belongs to the Otros La Magrana collection, number 225, from the publisher RBA La Magrana. It was published on 1 October 2007.
Recommended for readers of contemporary fiction who want to approach Catalan literature and enjoy fragmentary narrative proposals.
