«Carrer Marsala» is a novel by Miquel Bauçà, published by Grans Exits in hardback (172 pages, in Catalan).
The novel moves in a Kafkaesque, obsessive and highly personal universe, one of the hallmarks of Miquel Bauçà's work. The author is considered one of the most original prose writers of contemporary Catalan literature, and this story is a good example of his singular vision.
The edition brings together three novels by the author: «Carrer Marsala», «El vellard» and «L'escarcellera». «Carrer Marsala» was originally published in 1995 and received the Premi de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
Recommended for readers of contemporary Catalan fiction and for approaching the work of Miquel Bauçà.
