«Cambio: formación y solución de los problemas humanos» is the psychology essay by Paul Watzlawick, John H. Weakland and Richard Fisch, in paperback.
The book analyses individual and collective situations that trap people in problems with no apparent way out. Using group theory and the logic of change, it argues that attempted solutions often perpetuate conflict and that global transformation is built through small linked changes.
This Spanish-language edition, translated by Alfredo Guéra Miralles, has 208 pages and includes a preface by Milton H. Erickson.
