«Buscalacranes» is the children's novel by Francisco Hinojosa, published by Fondo de Cultura Económica in paperback (91 pages, in Spanish).
Leidi, Juliana and Sancho don't meet the ad's requirements: it asks for experience and weighing over forty kilos, but they are the best bug catchers. They answer Dr. Östengruff's call to find the antidote to the bampacrisis and stop the doctor from going ¡bamp! and vanishing.
The book belongs to the A la Orilla del Viento collection, number 140, and includes illustrations by Rafael Barajas, El Fisgón. Originally published in 2000.
Recommended for children aged 7 to 10, especially those who enjoy humorous and adventurous stories.
