«Blondinenträume» is the novel by Milena Moser published by Rowohlt Tb. in paperback (268 pages, in German).
The action takes place in a somewhat run-down housing estate where Natalie, Elma, Frau Meierhans and Lotti live together, women who raise their children alone and feel abandoned. With acerbic humour, Milena Moser portrays that heterogeneous community and the stir caused when a single man with two children moves into the neighbourhood.
The novel was published in 1996 in Rowohlt's rororo series (number 13943).
For readers of contemporary fiction in German who appreciate choral neighbourhood stories with satirical humour.
