«Bill est maboul» is the humour comic by Jean Roba, published by Editions Dupuis in album format (46 pages, in French).
The work brings together short comic strips starring Boule, an energetic boy, and his dog Bill, a playful, mischievous and greedy cocker spaniel, accompanied by Caroline the tortoise. Between misunderstandings, pranks and everyday situations, the duo turns any scene into a reason to laugh, with the series' characteristic humour.
It is the eighteenth volume of the Boule et Bill comic series (first edition), originally published in 1980.
Suitable for children and young readers, as well as for adults who want to share the humour of Boule et Bill with them.
Jean Roba was a Belgian comics author from the Marcinelle school. His best-known work is Boule et Bill.
