«Así se hizo la transición» is the historical chronicle by Victoria Prego, published by Plaza & Janés in hardback (690 pages, in Spanish).
The book reconstructs the period 1973-1977, when Spain transitioned from Francoism to democracy. To write it, Victoria Prego drew on the interviews she conducted with the protagonists while preparing the TVE series 'La Transición'; in its pages, those same historical actors narrate how the complex political process was shaped.
A 690-page work published in 1995 in the Los libros de Fax Press collection, with bibliographic references and an index.
Recommended for those wishing to delve into the contemporary history of Spain and the period of political change that followed Francoism.
