«Ana la de Ingleside» is the young adult novel by Lucy Maud Montgomery, published by Círculo de Lectores in hardback (333 pages, in Spanish).
Ana returns to Ingleside after visiting Avonlea and resumes her life with Gilbert and their five children: Jem, Walter, the twins Nan and Di, and Shirley. The novel follows the family's daily life, amid childish mischief, a new arrival, and an unpleasant family visit. Ana is now an adult, but her imagination and joy remain intact.
It is the sixth installment of the «Ana la de Tejas Verdes» saga; the work was originally published as «Anne of Ingleside» in 1939.
For readers of young adult literature who want to accompany Ana in her stage as a mother and follow the saga after the first installments.
Lucy Maud Montgomery, published as L. M. Montgomery, was a Canadian author best known for a collection of novels, essays, short stories, and poetry beginning in 1908 with Anne of Green Gables.
