«Alex and Pancho go to school» is the illustrated children's book by Keka Colmenero, published by Dylar Ediciones in paperback (24 pages, in English).
Alex and Pancho head to school and face together the small routines of a school day. The story, told with short sentences in English and colourful illustrations, reflects situations recognisable to children and aims to help those starting to read in another language follow the narrative easily and expand their vocabulary.
It is number 2 in the collection «The stories of Alex and Pancho» (2012) and is classified as children's reading for language learning.
Designed for children beginning to read in English, it works both as home reading and as supporting material in the classroom.
