«A Tartaruga Redondinha» is the children's picture book by Maria Albina, published by Objectiva in hardback (36 pages, in Portuguese).
Small sea turtles hatch in the sand, but spend almost their entire lives in the ocean and only return to land to lay their eggs. With this curiosity as a starting point, the book introduces early readers to the world of marine animals and conveys an attitude of respect and care for nature and the environment.
Published in 2010. Portugal's National Reading Plan recommends it for working on nature and environmental protection projects in preschool and the first years of schooling.
For early readers and children in preschool and the first years of primary school, with an interest in animals, the sea and nature.
