«A Color of His Own» is a children's picture book by Leo Lionni, in English.
A little chameleon grows sad when he realises that, unlike other animals, he has no colour of his own: he changes according to where he is. On his journey in search of a fixed colour, he will discover that friendship and company can be more valuable than having a defined colour.
A story for children, with a simple narrative that helps to talk about colours, difference and friendship.

Leo Lionni was an American writer and illustrator of children's books.
