«11-M» is the historical graphic novel by Pepe Gálvez, Antoni Guiral and Joan Mundet, published by Panini Comics in 2009 (104 pages, in Spanish).
It reconstructs the 11 March 2004 attack at Atocha station in Madrid, which killed 191 people, based on the 2007 trial verdict. Using flashbacks, it blends documented facts and fictional characters —a journalist, a police officer, a relative of a victim— to show the human impact of the tragedy.
The script is by Pepe Gálvez and Antoni Guiral, with art by Joan Mundet and colour by Francis González. It includes a prologue by Pilar Manjón.
For readers interested in recent Spanish history and in documentary comics of a testimonial nature.
