«They Never Saw Me Coming» is the debut album by American rapper TQ, released in 1998 on Sba, on CD.
A Californian hip hop album with a G-funk style in which TQ alternates rapping and sung choruses with a soulful voice. Among its tracks is the single «Westside»; the record features collaborations from E-40, Daz and Kurupt.
Edition of a record with explicit lyrics and a Parental Advisory warning. «Westside» reached number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100; the album peaked at number 25 on the Billboard 200.
For listeners of 90s rap and G-funk; the explicit lyrics warning indicates that its content is not suitable for all audiences.
