«Oboe Concertos» is the album by oboist Heinz Holliger with the Camerata Bern, released in 2004 on Archiv Produktion, on CD.
The disc brings together oboe concertos by Johann Gottlieb Graun, Johann Ludwig Krebs and Georg Philipp Telemann, with Heinz Holliger as soloist and the Camerata Bern as ensemble. These are works of the German Baroque that alternate lyrical and virtuosic passages, showing the evolution of the oboe concerto genre in the 18th century.
Intended for classical and Baroque music listeners, especially those who appreciate historically informed performances and the work of Heinz Holliger.
