«Né La Thiass» is the debut album by Senegalese musician Cheikh Lô, a mbalax work released in 1996 by World Circuit on CD.
The album blends Senegalese mbalax with Cuban rhythms and a largely acoustic sound. Cheikh Lô's warm, spiritual voice is supported by restrained arrangements that create an intimate atmosphere; the lyrics delve into faith and everyday life. Highlights include «Né La Thiass», «Ndégal» and «Set».
The album was produced by Youssou N'Dour, who also performs on two tracks. It was originally released in the UK with the catalogue number WCD 046.
