«Hand It Over» is the alternative rock album by Dinosaur Jr., released in 1997 by Msi/Wea as a double CD.
The songs on Hand It Over develop Dinosaur Jr.'s characteristic sound, with saturated guitars, indie rock melodies and J Mascis's voice at the centre. The album moves between alternative rock and noise rock, and is part of the output the band released in the 1990s.
