«Gling-Gló» is the album by Björk and the Tríó Guðmundar Ingólfssonar, released in 1990 by Smekkleysa, on CD.
Recorded with a jazz trio of piano, double bass and drums, the album brings together sixteen songs ranging from jazz standards to Icelandic folk songs, almost all sung in Icelandic. It includes tracks such as «Gling-Gló», «Pabbi minn» and «Brestir og brak».
The CD is a sixteen-track edition with catalogue number SM 27; the back cover, in Icelandic, includes the track list and musician credits.
It will appeal to Björk fans and vocal jazz enthusiasts, as it is an unusual side of the artist.
