Death of a Bachelor is the fifth studio album by American band Panic! at the Disco, released on January 15, 2016, through Fueled by Ramen and DCD2 Records. The album was produced by Jake Sinclair, Jonny Coffer, CJ Baran, Suzy Shinn, and Brendon Urie. The album marks the departure of drummer Spencer Smith, making Brendon Urie the only remaining original member of the band. Musically, Death of a Bachelor departs from the pop punk and emo sound of the band's previous albums, incorporating elements of pop, alternative rock, and jazz.
