Q: Do second-hand CDs have scratches? Do they play properly?

All our second-hand CDs are individually checked and graded according to their condition. CDs in Excellent or Fantastic condition have no visible scratches — or only microscopic marks that don't affect playback. CDs in Great or Good condition may have some light surface scratches, but we always guarantee they play correctly without skipping or interruptions. If a CD has deep scratches that affect reading or plays with errors, we don't list it for sale. We check the disc, the case and the inner booklet. Each CD's listing specifies the condition of the disc, case and booklet separately for full transparency. Our guarantee covers any playback issues.
