«EyePet» is the virtual pet simulation game from London Studio for PlayStation 3, published by Sony Computer Entertainment.
EyePet projects a virtual pet into the player's room using the PlayStation Eye camera. The creature responds to the player's gestures and movements, allowing it to be stroked, fed, played with and cared for. Over time, new activities and customisations are unlocked, and the Pet Centre allows new designs and toys to be downloaded.
PEGI 3 rating. Requires the PlayStation Eye camera. New looks and toys can be downloaded from the Pet Centre via PlayStation Network. Presented on Blu-ray Disc.
It is aimed at a children's and family audience: the gesture-based controls and PEGI 3 rating make it accessible to younger players.
