«Pop Idol» is the music rhythm game by Codemasters for PC, released in 2003 on CD-ROM.
The game recreates the Pop Idol contest: you create and train a contestant, customise their look and wardrobe, and get through auditions, eliminations and the final. You must follow button combinations to keep the rhythm. The soundtrack includes 40 pop hits such as «Oops! I Did It Again», «Genie in a Bottle» and «Evergreen».
