«EyePet» is Sony's simulation game for PlayStation 3 that uses the PlayStation Eye camera.
The PlayStation Eye camera captures the player's real environment and integrates a virtual pet with a monkey-like appearance into it. The game allows petting, feeding, and playing with it; its reactions generate an augmented reality experience in the room itself. With the console connected to the internet, it is also possible to share it with friends.
The Platinum edition, published by Sony, has a PEGI 3 rating and Spanish, English, and German language options.
Due to its PEGI 3 rating, it is suitable for all ages and appealing to children and families.
