Two young Argentines, Ernesto Guevara and Alberto Granado, travel through South America in 1952 on a 1939 Norton. They set out from Buenos Aires, cross Patagonia, Chile, the Andes and Machu Picchu, and reach the Peruvian Amazon; the poverty and injustices they discover shape their view of the continent.
