«Les Kidnappeurs» is the 1998 film by Graham Guit, starring Melvil Poupaud, Élodie Bouchez and Romain Duris, on DVD.
Four very different criminals —a safecracker just out of prison, an expert at disabling security systems, a depressed maniac behind the wheel and a young man with a quick trigger finger— form the team Ulysse believes is solid. Mutual distrust turns the heist into chaos.
The film runs 100 minutes and includes only French audio, with no subtitles. The DVD, distributed by Boomerang Pictures, is 4/3 PAL format with Dolby Digital 2.0 sound.
Aimed at fans of 1990s French cinema and offbeat crime comedies, it features a very recognisable cast from French film.
