«Vents més salvatges» is a short story collection by Bel Olid, published by Editorial Empúries in paperback (144 pages, in Catalan).
Bel Olid's stories portray fragile and resilient characters immersed in personal and social conflicts: femininity, couplehood, abuse of power and institutionalised violence coexist with life on the margins of society, the right to be different and the small gestures of solidarity that make the world more habitable.
The book was published on 2 March 2016 in Barcelona, in the Empúries Narrativa collection of Editorial Empúries.
For the general reader interested in short fiction and the most recent Catalan literature.
