«Una nena catalana als camps nazis» is the testimony of Mercè Sanz Castells, published by Editorial Claret in paperback (124 pages, in Catalan).
In this testimony, Mercè Sanz Castells recalls her childhood as a Catalan girl deported to Nazi concentration camps. She describes the fear of trains and barracks, survival and the painful return; her memories vindicate the memory of war children and warn against the repetition of barbarism.
This is the first edition of this work, number 5 in the Contrastos collection, published on 7 April 2015.
Recommended for readers aged 14 and over, especially those interested in historical memory and Second World War testimonies.
