«Un cumpleaños diferente» is a children's book from Sesame Street written by Dan Eliot, published by RBA in paperback (28 pages, in Spanish).
Oscar the Grouch, the green Sesame Street character, is at the center of this birthday story. On the cover he appears peeking out of his trash can with a sign reading «¡Marchaos!», surrounded by wrapped gifts and a sack of money, hinting at an unconventional celebration with Oscar's characteristic grumpiness.
It belongs to the collection «Aprende divirtiéndote» as number 4, was published in 1997, and is the Spanish translation of «Oscar's Rotten Birthday», done by Víctor Lorenzo.
For young children and beginning readers, especially those already familiar with the Sesame Street characters.
