«Un Crist adult per Nadal» is the biblical essay by Raymond E. Brown, published by Claret in hardback (53 pages, in Catalan).
The essay analyzes the three biblical stories of Matthew 2 and Luke 2 about the birth and infancy of Jesus, and reflects on the figure of the «adult Christ» within the Christmas cycle. Brown proposes a theological reading that connects these episodes with mature faith and with the Christian meaning of Christmas.
Work originally published in 1994 with the subtitle «assaig sobre les tres històries bíbliques: Mateu 2 i Lluc 2».
For readers interested in theology, biblical exegesis, and the Gospel narratives of Christmas.
