«Últimos comentarios: La era Aznar» is the political essay by José María Carrascal, published by Espasa in paperback (304 pages, in Spanish).
The volume brings together the commentaries that José María Carrascal broadcast on «Noticias de la Noche» on Antena 3 TV between March 1996 and August 1998. In them he analyses Spanish politics during the change of government and the beginning of the Aznar era, offering a personal reading of events and of the leading figures of the time.
It continues the author's previous volumes, «Comentarios (1992-1993)» and «La agonía del felipismo (1994-1995)», also published by Espasa. It is part of the «Espasa hoy» collection.
For those interested in Spanish politics of the 1990s and in televised opinion journalism.
