«Último sur 2. El gran lienzo» is the comic by Diego Agrimbau and Gabriel Ippóliti, published by Norma Editorial in hardback (48 pages, in Spanish).
In Antarctica, the city of Unánima brings together artists from around the world to take part in the greatest artistic project in history: painting 6,000 km² of ice from the air. The result should be an icon of global consensus, but the utopian challenge shows that conflict is the only thing that ends up being captured on the canvas.
Second instalment of the Último Sur series, published in 2008 in the Cómic Europeo collection.
Aimed at comic and graphic novel readers with an interest in dystopias and collective artistic projects.
