«Trasfega» is a collection of cases and short stories by Cristóvão de Aguiar, published by Dom Quixote in paperback (159 pages, in Portuguese).
The book brings together cases and short stories in which memory, maturity and life experience intersect with the craft of writing; the narrator addresses a 'you' about what has been lived and remembered, and about how writing is born from life itself. A work of introspective tone that combines reflection with short fiction.
Awarded the Miguel Torga Literary Prize / City of Coimbra 2002. Published in 2003, it is part of the 'Autores de língua portuguesa' series.
For readers of Portuguese fiction interested in a collection of short stories with an introspective tone.
