«Tolkien's World: A Colouring Book» is Anna Bowles's colouring book, in paperback (96 pages, in English), published by Octopus Publishing Group.
It collects scenes and characters from Middle-earth in black-and-white line illustrations: Gandalf, hobbits, elves, orcs and landscapes inspired by The Hobbit, The Silmarillion and The Lord of the Rings. It invites readers to colour the designs and complete them with their own judgement, from Elvish motifs to battles, for fans' enjoyment.
Published in 2015, it is an unofficial work, without authorisation from the Tolkien Estate or HarperCollins. It includes illustrations by Victor Ambrus, John Davis, Mauro Mazzara, Ian Miller and Andrea Piparo.
For Tolkien fans and for those seeking a creative and relaxing activity in drawing.
