«The Furry Thing» is the illustration book by Kamwei Fong, published by Becco Giallo in hardback (128 pages, in Italian and English).
The book collects Kamwei Fong's artistic project: hundreds of black ink illustrations, built with small, dense hatches of strokes, portray cats of all shapes and attitudes. Without mouths, the felines convey their emotions through their eyes, ears, and tails, in a dreamlike universe of great delicacy.
The artistic project began in 2009 and the edition was published on 9 December 2021. Dimensions: 24 × 12 cm.
A book intended for lovers of illustration and cats, especially for those who appreciate ink drawing and black-and-white art.
