«Tengo un volcán» is the illustrated children's story by Míriam Tirado and Joan Turu, published by Carambuco ediciones in hardback (28 pages, in Spanish).
Alba discovers that a volcano sleeps inside her, right between her belly button and her ribs. When she gets angry, the volcano erupts and burns everything in its path. One night, a fairy teaches her to use breathing to put out the fire, and so Alba understands that anger can be felt and managed without it dominating her actions.
Fourth volume in the Calita collection, published in 2018. Translated from Catalan to Spanish by Ester Vallbona.
Recommended for children aged 3 and up and for adults who want to share anger management with them.
