«Técnica de servilletas de papel y Window Color» is the craft manual by Anne Pieper, published by El Drac in paperback (32 pages, in Spanish).
This book proposes combining two decorative techniques: cutting and pasting paper napkins and using Window Color paint to create backgrounds and complete details. With the included patterns, fifteen original and simple projects can be made, such as pictures for windows and doors or stickers for tiles, making use of leftover materials. The same ideas can also be applied to wood, fabric, and ceramic.
The book belongs to the Crea con Patrones collection, within the Window Color series.
Recommended for craft and decoration enthusiasts who want to start in these techniques without needing to know how to draw freehand.
